Time to Purge

I have decided it is time to clean out the closet in my studio. It has become a catch all for photography shit, blankets/sheets for guests, cam clothes & equipment along with an old light fixture and shower rod. Needless to say, the closet is packed full.

I wanted to take one full day to devote to the big purge, but last week was too chaotic and this week has proven to be even more so. I would love to have less chaos in my world, but I have given up on hoping for that. So, I decided to purge in between shows, taking Devil to PT and mowing the yard. We leave Friday for SA and the studio needs to be set up for guests that arrive Saturday.

It was not the brightest idea I have had, but it was so bad I could not open a drawer, or find different panties than what I have been wearing while on cam. I needed change. *gasp* I cannot believe I said that.

My plan is to purge 3/4 of what is in the closet. There is no reason I have four red tops when I rarely wear red. Also, I don’t need 200 pairs of thongs when I wear maybe 5 over the course of a year. It is absolutely asinine to have a basket full of caps that I don’t wear. Everything is getting purged, including jewelry. No sense in having so much, even if I once wore them. I would like to just push everything into a truck and be done. lol.
