Accountability Partner Wanted!

Hey there, fellow non-gym enthusiasts! I’m about to propose something that might just change the way you approach working out. As someone who doesn’t exactly jump for joy at the thought of exercising, I know how hard it can be to stay motivated.

Here’s the thing: we all know that exercising is essential for our physical and mental well-being, but let’s be real, it’s not always easy to get started. And who says we have to start on January 1st, anyway? That’s just too much pressure! So, I’m proposing that we begin our fitness journey on January 6th, giving ourselves a few days to mentally prepare us. It needs to happen.

The Accountability Partner Concept

Here’s the idea: we find an “accountability person” to hold us responsible for our workout routines. This could be a friend, family member, or even a stranger who shares the same struggles as us. The goal is to find someone who will check in with us regularly, provide encouragement, and maybe even join us for a workout or two.

For me, the best way to ensure I stick to my workout routine is to do it first thing in the morning. But for you, it might be during your lunch break or after dinner. The key is to find a time that works for you and commit to it.

Join the Movement!

If you’re interested in finding an accountability partner, comment below or reach out to me on Twitter! Let’s support each other in our fitness journey and make this year count.

Remember, it’s not about becoming gym rats or fitness enthusiasts overnight. It’s about taking small steps towards a healthier, happier us. So, who’s in?

Let’s do this!

For me I walk 7-10 miles every day with my job. I don’t have much left for any other kinds of work-outs. I can say that the walking I do has gone a long way in keeping me healthy. I am pre dieabecia, and have been like that for 15 years. My dad and brother where dieabecia by age 40. nethere did much execris and it ate them up by age 50. Both die young. 57 and 62. Bodies are made to move. do work. It’s not lifting wieghts that keep you healthy. Keep this in mind. Working around the house, short walks down the street. even parking so you have to walk to the door is in it self working out. it’s the little thing you do all day that make a differecne. What I’m saying is. Do not go buy a combo tredmill-coat rack. like I did. However I will say this I got my money worth out of the coatrack option. Good Luck. one thing I know about you is if you set your mind to it, You can get it done.
