The Elephant Finally Has a Home (and Whiskey Isn’t Sure About It)

A few weeks back I told you guys about the birthday gifts that came in — remember the elephant? The one Gregg sent? Well, it’s finally in the ground.

I got it set up out in the yard, and honestly, it couldn’t have found a better spot. It’s nestled right up against this big rock, with a bush growing alongside it, and it looks like it’s always been there.

Whiskey, on the other hand, is still negotiating. She barks at it every single night like it might do something. But then during the day? Total best friends. She walks right past it, no problem. I can’t explain it. Maybe she thinks it’s a nighttime elephant. I don’t know.
