This is a long overdue update on the Little Spud, and he is growing at a rapid rate. I might need a bigger pot yet! lol. Actually, he is going to have to adapt to his environment and be happy with the one he is in now, but so far I think he is as happy as a spud can be.

I don’t know, but it won’t just be mashed potatoes! Although, those are my favorite kind… hmm, maybe I need to find a cook book dedicated to ONLY spuds. The choices are endless!
