Happy Halloween!
Here’s wishing you all a very happy and safe Halloween! I know that some people go all out for Halloween and others hide. I might fall into the second category. I’d love to hear if you’re a Holloweenster or if you turn off your lights and hide. Do you go all out with decorations and candy for the kids, or do you hope that the parents know that a dark house is a “no candy for your kids” house? I’m Going Shopping, On Purpose. Ack!
My closet is pretty slim pickings right now. I have one pair of jeans that fit, no shorts and maybe two skirts. Last winter I wore a lot of leggings and dresses, with boots. Most, of which, were from you guys off of my wishlist. You guys have proven to be a generous bunch and just leave me speechless, half of the time. So, thank you for that. It’s National Cat Day!
I just found out it’s National Cat Day, which means I have to share some pictures from their trip home. Devil sat in the back while I drove, and was telling him I’m not sure about this. Goddammit, Devil!
We have a new neighbor that has just moved in next to us. The new guy caught me outside doing yard work several months ago, and then Devil shortly after they signed the papers. He’s a very nice military man who is definitely a talker. He’s been in touch with Devil and would like to have a few beers, now that they’re moved in and unpacked. It would appear that my lack of planning for Halloween week of hell was a fail from the beginning. Okay, so I have this huge plastic crate full of costumes. Some of which I’ve worn to parties, others Devil found just for cam. It makes sense that I’d decide to do a week of costumes, since I have an abundance of choices. Bondo vs. Duct Tape
There was a discussion about duct tape today, and, Dwwindsor, being Dwwindsor, said he thought bondo was the way to go when it comes to cars. However, you can cut a car in half and duct tape that bastard back together and it’ll function. I have two pieces of evidence to back that up. Members Totally Redeemed Themselves
I cannot expect members to always give me their time, especially when I offer so many shows each week. However, with that said, you guys have spoiled me and it’s rare that the attendance is low.
