I Was Olive Oyl
My Halloween costume was Olive Oyl. I was always Olive Oyl. The same plastic apron costume, with the creepy mask. I am sure that I have shared this with you before, but having been online for 12 years and being an active blogger for most of it, I cannot remember. I can’t remember what my twin brother was, but he was probably Popeye, and that is why I was Olive Oyl. I don’t recall ever being a huge fan, although, I did laugh while watching the cartoon shows. Costume It Up!
Tis’ the Season to Costume It Up! October is the month for German festivals and beer drinking, but also to costume it up! Are you dressing up for Halloween? If so, who are you for that one day? Are you going to a costume party? Several of our friends are going to costume parties, but Devil is working so I’ll enjoy a quiet Saturday at home. I am looking forward to it, actually.

The Last Week. My Last Chance.
Do you guys remember last month when I posted a thread regarding October and costumes? I vowed to wear a costume once a week. Not the same costume, mind you, but a different one each week. Yep. October Costumes
I’ve never been one for costumes, but I do have a huge plastic tub full of them in the barn. Are any of you guys big into Halloween? Is that your favorite month? Regardless of how you answer either of those questions, would you like to see me in costumes this year? If so, Would once a week, on random days, suffice? I’m trying to come up with new ideas to keep it fresh and fun, but I find myself doing the same thing each day…. So, earlier today it occurred to me that I could do that with the month of the goblins coming up. Thoughts? PS- NO…
