Today holds a lot of meaning for me. Not because it’s the day of epiphany, or whatever, but because I quit smoking on January 5, 2007 and no longer have that craving. I have a small safe that was in my parents house, but I’ve never really looked through it. I was afraid I’d get wrapped up in old papers and documents, which would then cause me to become obsessed over history for days, maybe weeks. I finally decided it was time to see what was in there, and to figure out where to put it. I didn’t spend much time on the documents, although, found some pretty neat stuff among the papers.
