    SW Chicken Recipe

I know, I know, I’m a homemaker now and always talking recipes, but this is too good not to share with you. SW Chicken Recipe: Add paprika, a pinch of pepper and a dash of salt. Rub liberally until the chicken is covered in the rub. Move your grill to the SW side of your house and grill for approximately 35 minutes, or until done. I was not expecting the relocation of the grill and that made me laugh out loud!

Abby and Her Amusing Love Of All Things Called Life.

Yesterday I tweeted a picture of Abby, and promised a blog post with the backstory of what makes her so precious. MtnMan has something in the spare room that Abby is constantly checking on, and that in itself, is amusing, but she always takes a buddy with her. That buddy is almost always Herbie, but Wednesday it was Skunky, and she must have needed a closer inspection because she dropped the Skunk, sniffed around and then high-tailed it out, not going back in there. So, she inadvertently left Skunk in the room overnight. It wasn’t until she was sitting in the doorway of my cam room that she saw him…

    Video Suggestions Welcome

I will be filming new content this weekend and again in a couple weeks when we are in Salt Lake City. I have a list of ideas, but as always, I welcome suggestions and requests from you. Obviously, within reason. If you want me to masturbate off the side of a bridge, that is not realistic and that will go straight into the “fuck no” pile. If you want me streaking through town, that will also end up in the same stack. However, if you’d like to be realistic in your suggestions please add them to this post or email me at angel@lonestarangel.com and I will gladly give it some…

I Am Human. I Am Not a Baker.

I realized today that I am no baker, but I sure do love to bake, all the same. I have gotten much better with the mess and the kitchen does manage to stay somewhat clean and organized, so that’s an improvement. Today I baked Donut Muffins. It was easy enough and I wanted something to send with MtnMan to give to the gentleman that made homemade caramel for me a couple weeks ago. I’ve got it all mixed and ready to pour into the muffin tins when I suddenly realized that I used baking soda when it called for baking powder. I know baking is a science, so I knew…

    Can We Just Scrabble?

A few weeks ago Dwwindsor mentioned he and the house boss were playing some afternoon games of Scrabble; it’s a game I have never played. The more we discussed it, the more intrigued I was and found a Scrabble app to download to my phone. The first few days I was obsessed, while I quickly learned to not just throw tiles down, but to be more strategic in how they are placed on the board. A long word is not necessarily the best play, nor is holding on to the letter “Q” or “Z” because I can almost spell an awesome word, but not quite yet. That shit will get…

    Hello February!

All in all, January was a fairly decent experience. Nothing major happened, to speak of, and now here we are welcoming a new day, a new week and a new month. Hello February! I do have one minor incident to share with you all. A week ago Sunday, Abby decided to run away. Okay, back up, run away is such a harsh term because she has a good life and I don’t think she was planning on leaving permanently. Here is what happened. She decided to go on a walk about, without letting us know. MtnMan was in the garage putzing around and I was cleaning out the truck; Abby…

    Jumping Fish

So, a guy was fishing and had a bucket of fish. The warden came by and saw how many he had, and told the man he was going to fine him for having so many fish! The man said, “oh, these are my fish, I dump them out and shortly they jump back in the bucket.” The warden said, “This I gotta see… show me and I won’t give you a fine”, so the man dumped out the fish into the river. After a while the warden asked, “so… where’s the fish?” The man looked blankly at the warden and said, “What fish?”

My Favorite Day to Exploit: Bubba’s Birthday

Really, as I’ve been corrected a few times over the years, it is the anniversary of the birth of Bubba, but all the same, Happy Birthday, Bubba! Although the annual birthday bashes ended in 2016, today is still my most favorite of days! It’s the sole reason for the very first bash in 2010, creating many memories, good laughs and making great friends. It is a reason to continue to enjoy today for no other reason than it is Bubba’s day! Bubba, I hope that no matter what it is you choose to do today, that you enjoy the day for no other reason than it is a good day…

It is Your Anniversary of the Best Birthday, Cliff.

I am so excited we have experienced another trip around the sun with you. It is pretty damn amazing that you’ve allowed us all to celebrate you, or at least, you’ve tolerated me sending out telegrams in your honor for the last 8+ years. I hope that if you are out building kennels for your pack, the rain holds off and it is truly a beautiful day. One worthy of celebration in the name of Cliff. If it does rain, just know that I am the one wishing you buckets of happiness and cheer and rain is life! Happy anniversary to the birth of one of the greatest guys I’ve…

    Happy New Beginnings!

It is that time of year where everyone says “happy new year!”, and some even go as far as making resolutions. With the way 2020 turned out, I feel as though we should look ahead as though it is a chance at a new beginning, and in a way it really is. We all have that uncertainty ahead of us, but we are in it together and as much as you are probably tired of hear that, it really is the truth. So, allow me to wish you a very “happy new beginning!”. The holiday’s were low key for us this year, which made me happy because if you know…
