Happy May Day 2021
“April showers bring May flowers” was my favorite season as a kid. I have always enjoyed rainstorms, no matter how severe, and May was full of blooms and new growth after all of the April storms. Here we are starting another month, fresh and that is good reason to smile. Another month, another week, another day. It’s a good day for a good day! Did you know that this was a day that was celebrated by the International Worker’s day in the late 19th century? In fact, it was chosen by the Socialists and Communists of the Second International to commemorate the Hamarket affair in Chicago. Well, that does not…

Thank You, Someone.
A few weeks ago I received an amazing surprise- a pair of socks, but not just any kind of socks, elephant socks! Two of my passions. Socks. Elephants. Combine them and we’ve got ourselves a pair of amazing socks. I have tweeted a few times, but no one has claimed them. I would just like you to know that I absolutely love them and they match a top that I have not been able to pair with socks, until now.. it is perfect harmony, the top and these socks.

Hoarding Birthday’s and Celebrating Anniversaries.
April marks 15 years for me online and in keeping with this month of appreciation, I feel it would be an oversite to not acknowledge all of the birthday’s that I have hoarded over the years. Each one deserving of recognition and high praise, for no other reason than each person should be celebrated during their day; and, I take that very seriously! There are those that were exploited with an annual birthday party, and the one that doesn’t like to acknowledge that he, too, has an anniversary of his birth, but reluctantly chose to give me his day, and then there are those that could care less that I…

Over the Years
I’ve mentioned a couple times that this month marks 15 years for me online; not just my website, but camming, as well. It is crazy to think that what started out as extra money on the side turned into my main gig. It’s something I would not have imagined in the beginning and I will never take it for granted. I am lucky to have found my place in this online world that we all share. For this post, I’d like to recognize those long time members (and cam viewers) that have been with me since the beginning. Each one of you have shared a part of you with me,…

From the Brother and SIL
In this 15th year of being online, I am reflecting on relationships I’ve had over the years. This contemplation goes back to my first year on cam. He was an older gentleman who was a war veteran and he was lonely. To put it simply, he wanted a companion and he found that online. He would join me for a private session each morning, shortly after I started my day. It most often was spent talking, and him sharing with me what was on his mind while I mostly listened and chimed in when I felt he needed to know that I was still paying attention. He surprised me by…

April 2021: 15 Years Online
As I am sitting in front of the computer, I am trying to figure out how to express the gratitude that I have for the relationships I have been fortunate to make in the world wide web of online amateur porn, and I am at a loss for words. When I started this in 2006, it was less than a hobby, it was more for extra money. Online porn had already been around for several years when I walked into the room, and I started on Southern Charms. I was buried on page 100, or something like that, with no real way to make a mark. I joined an SC…

Nuts!
Amber, thank you for your recent gift. It’s one that I read half of the book the first night I received it and have not had time to pick it up since. lol. Nuts!: A 101st Airborne Division Machine Gunner at Bastogne was a suggestion from another long time member who reads quite a bit on WWII. It’s an easy read, which is sometimes not the case when a soldier pens his own book, but I prefer first hand accounts rather than an interpretation of research. That is not to say that I do not also appreciate a documentary account of such events, but I find it closer to the…

A Positive. . .
Another week is gone, and the weekend is ahead, and no matter how good Monday-Friday was, it’s always a welcome relief when it’s over. I think we’re programmed into living our days by that of the week’s, or at least, I am. I keep thinking that we spend our time wishing it away for the next days off, or the next planned event, but we really should slow down and appreciate each day for what it is. This week has been great. We spent Sunday-Wednesday in Salt Lake City filming new content and taking care of appointments that MtnMan had with the Huntsman Institute. While we were there, I also…

The Bonneville Lake
As we were driving over the salt flats on our way to SLC, I was curious and googled the history of the flats. I have to say, it’s quite interesting what mother nature can do over hundreds of years and centuries of time. I remember a blurp in school about the salt flats, but it was just that, a day or maybe even half an hour of discussing the great phenomenon known as the Salt Flats. You probably already know this, but I’m extremely fascinated by it and now I will share it with you, because that’s what I do. The Salt Flats used to be Lake Bonneville that engulfed…
