Atlantic City, the Dump

When I have told people that we’re going to Atlantic City, they respond with- It’s a dump. Well, okay, we’re still going. lol. I’m not sure why that’s been everyone’s reaction, but it doesn’t matter if they’re from the Garden State, or from Texas. In fact, I’ve had that response on Twitter, too. At any rate, isn’t there an old famous boardwalk that is full of history? Yes, yes there is. I’m going to see that. It can’t be worse than some of the Burroughs of NYC that are rich in culture and in history, but have been forgotten by most. Right? I love old history, and even though it’s sad to see the ages of time take its toll and the people who have come and gone trash the streets, the board walks and whatever else that has some historical charm, I still want to see it, and experience it for myself. Plus, there’s a porn convention there this weekend. LOL.
