A Phone Call. What?
Last night while we were out to dinner, I was still annoyed. I mean, it’s my Wednesday. All I wanted to do was sit on the couch, do some computer work and not brush my hair. LOL. However, I spent four hours blasting sears because they kept telling me to be patient. According to both @searscares and @searsbluecrew a solution will not be instantaneous. Instantaneous after a month? You have got to be kidding me. So, I pretty much spent my day, on the couch, blasting Sears. LOL.
So, back to dinner…. I showered, put clothes on and went out in public, all because we have no fridge. It might sound extreme, but on Wednesday, I prefer to stay home and not socializing with anyone. While we were eating, I tweeted – “I’m eating out, again, thanks to @searscares, who really does care, just ask them! Who needs a fridge anyway? #searsservicesucks RT” …. two minutes later sears calls! Granted, it’s at 730p on Wednesday, seven days after they said they’d call…. and I have no doubt it’s because they’re doing damage control because I am focused on blasting them on social media and they just want me to go away. LOL. Devil spends thirty minutes telling the lady about our month long ordeal and she sounds sincere, although, who knows how genuine that is. She works at Sears, after all. Because it was 8p she couldn’t do anything about getting us a service call before the scheduled Saturday time, but promised to handle it first thing in the AM. She actually called Devil this morning and has us scheduled for tomorrow, which is one day better than what they gave us on Monday…. which, I’m happy with, but only because she did the one thing no one else would do, and that is provide us with some fucking customer service. What I’m not happy about is that it took them 7 fucking days to do something, and we’ve been without a godamn fridge for so long.
I’m going to continue to blast them, getting the word out. I may be small apples to them, but if even five people hear me and decide not to buy Sears, then I win. Fucking assholes.
