My #1 Fan
I am constantly baffled and somewhat amused when someone stops by my cam room and tells me they are my #1 Fan. Or, I receive a tweet from someone who claims to have watched all of my scenes in Girlfriend’s Films, followed me online for almost 11 years and has never been a member of my site, or joined me for a private session on cam.
First of all, I despise the word “fan” because I am not a porn star, nor have I ever proclaimed to be. The 12 scenes I did for GFF started out as a favor and it turned into more than originally thought. It is not something I pursued and I had no intention of making a name for myself in mainstream porn.
Second of all, calling yourself a #1 fan when you do not support the lady that you claim to have been enjoying for 10 years is anything but a true “fan”.

I’m with you, I HATE the word fan!!! I have followers/members/friends… no fans, except those on the ceiling in my house.

personally I find the the claim of being “#1” to be completely arrogant. As for fan…there’s a certain detachment with the word because it implies a lack of interaction between the fan and celebrity (take rob and lexi lol)…the thing is you both are approachable either on twitter or cam. how can anyone claim to be a devoted fan if they’ve never made an attempt to get to know you. just my own thoughts

Very good points! To claim yourself “#1” is quite arrogant, indeed. Who is in the right to consider themselves any better than the next “#1” fan. lol.
LOL – I enjoy Rob’s obsession with Lexi. It’s fun to watch and encourage, truth be told.

yeah it’s entertaining to see rob try so hard and fall flat :-). Can you imagine his reaction if he was ever able to shoot a scene of lexi for blow bang girls?

Yes, that is a good point, one I meant to make in the post. I have been pleasantly surprised to have so many members turn into friends. It has been an amazing experience, but I have never considered any of them a “fan”
