Happiest of Birthday Wishes to YOU!

Well fuck me sideways! First things first. I must tell you what an epic blunder this one was for me. And, you will see that I epically failed this one. You know how much I love other people’s birthday’s; I think everyone should be celebrated and acknowledged. It’s been a huge part of the blog, honoring birthday’s and making a big to-do out of them. Every. Single. Birthday. Monday night during VNALive, we were talking about… who know’s what, really. Anyway, in the midst of conversation Mikey threw it out that the 23rd was his birthday. I stopped completely, and was flabbergasted to find out that he even has a…

Lunch with a Member Turned Friend

One of my greatest achievements with the online world is the connections I’ve made. One of which, has become a very close friend. Not just with me, but also MtnMan. This friend happened into my cam room in 2006 (my very first year online) and then eventually found his way to my website. In 2007, I hosted a bar meet in Greenwich Village in NYC. He showed up. Later I hosted a meet in Tampa. He showed up. When I had the annual January party at my home. He showed up. Since then, we’ve had lunch in Austin. Actually, funny story there. I was in my “transition” phase and he…

    Florida Friend’s

When I left Texas, I left a lot behind. Some intentional, some not so much. But, a change was needed and the start of my new beginnings was full of chaos and uncertainty as to where I was heading. Long story, but it was all good change. Last year, around this time, I received a text that simply said, “Hi. This is Kristine” We were at dinner with friends and I had left my phone in the car; I didn’t see the message until 8p my time, which was 11p Florida time. To say I was over the moon excited doesn’t even cover the emotions I had that night. Kristine…

Happy Birthday to One of the Best!

Nicster, I’ve known you since the very beginning of my online venture, and you have stuck with me through all of the changes, the ups, the downs and all of the #newbeginnings. You are seriously, one of my favorites and I am so lucky to know you. I hope that today is a day of celebrations and eating cake. A lot of cake. Not just one piece, but an entire cake. THE entire cake. And, if not the whole cake, then a piece from several different cakes that could make up a whole cake.

    A Busy Month Ahead

It seems like our November-January was quiet and spent at home, but that’s coming to an end this next week. I’ll be on cam tonight (Saturday) and on for my usual shifts Monday and Tuesday. Off the rest of the week for a business trip with MtnMan. We return home Monday evening (the 6th), just in time for the VNA hour. When I say just in time, I mean 30 minutes prior, as long as there are no delays. With that said, there is a very small chance that I will have to do a last minute reschedule but I promise to make it up to you! We are home…

The Antics of My Abby Girl

Abby has become a Twitter sensation and she doesn’t even realize it! From running through sprinklers during her playdates, to diving into muddy creeks and doing the backstroke in a pile of snow, the girl is loved. She’s a mess. She hates bath time, but loves to get be dirty and she’s just fine with her stink. She puts up with me brushing her daily, but as soon as I take her collar off she knows it’s bath time. Bath time is her demise. Just ask her. She will usually grunt and snarl, and turn into an asshole. Yes, she is an asshole at bath time. As soon as she’s…

    The Nutmegger Living in Texas

Cliff, it’s your birthday and a good reason to celebrate with a dark lager and relax. I do hope that the pack of wolves you’ve so graciously given a home will allow for you to do just that! Relax with a beer, unwind and enjoy a Texas sunset. It’s been amazing knowing you over the years, some of which we’ve celebrated on a deck with a firepit and dance. I hope you know that despite the annual parties being no more, that I still hold your day as one that should be recognized and celebrated! Thank you for your constant support and your everlasting votes. I appreciate you! Happy, happy…

    The Value of True Friend’s

Earlier in the week I asked Twitter for ideas on posts. Let’s be real, I used to succeed at posting often, sometimes daily, and now it’s far and few between. I need all the help I can get, motivating my writing brain to get back to it! I had a few suggestions, and I plan to blog about all of them, but today it’s on the value of true friend’s. People come and go, some stick, some don’t. And, it’s not always those that stick around that are a true friends. Nope. It is not. In 2022 we were out to dinner with friends and I had a text come…
