Week of Chaos
Actually, it’s going to be two weeks of chaos, but it’s fine. Everything is fine. I’m fine. You’re fine. We’re all fine. It’s fiiiine. We have someone staying with us through Tuesday afternoon, which means my online time will be extremely limited. September, I have Missed You!
I am always happy when September arrives because August is the hottest month, and if you know me at all, you know that I hate summer. HATE. That’s solid truth. I’ve never enjoyed the heat, not even when I was a kid. Unless I was playing softball, you could find me under a shade tree or in a creek. Abby and the Team of Horses
I must share a story with you because it’s full of too much cuteness not to. We were on a ranch, in a field with nothing but a river running through it and a team of horses grazing. It was a beautiful day, with blue skies and a nice mountain breeze blowing through the valley. Abby had to stay in the truck for a short while so we left the windows down for her while we crossed the river on foot. It is crazy how the year is slipping by, and another month over. August. What is the Temperature Where You Are?
I am curious as to what the temperature is for you all? I realize that most of us in the northern hemisphere are experiencing above normal temps that have been brutally hot, but a few areas are dealing with torrential rains and cooler temps. What about those of you in the southern hemisphere? Are you buried in snow or enjoying a mild winter with very little snowfall?

Oh goodness, sixteen years of being online, and I’ve known you for a good portion of that time. Hindsight 20/20, as they say, but I sure do wish I’d have had the foresight to jot down when you all joined my site and chose to stick around.
