I just realized today is CmdrGree’s birthday and some of you met him last January for the annual party. Some of you named him Yoda, and Dawn took a few pics with him when she “borrowed” my phone for some shenanigans. lol. Gree has been with me for many, many years, just as Outlaw, Hedo and Bubba have been. I first met him when we did a NYC bash and have had the pleasure of seeing him from time to time over the years and hope to have dinner with him next time he is in Austin…. November is a Month Full of Thanks! (A month late)
November holds the best day of the year, and Outlaw’s birthday! Both of which makes this a month to be happy and celebrate! I am thankful for the simple things in life. Hugs from Tony, who is my snuggle bug, cute elephant pictures, and flowers. Today’s post is in honor of beer and tequila! I have not always been a lover of beer, but in the last few years I have become one who appreciates a good brew. I am so thankful for elephants. They are gentle giants with so much love to give and nothing but amazing souls. They are what make this world magical. I am also thankful to those people who continue to fight for their freedom and demand change in order to preserve them for generations to come. I truly do want an elephant hug. I think I missed my calling, I should have been a professional elephant hugger. Don’t forget to love the elephants in your life; you may wake up one day and missing them.

Dropping the Ball
This year has been one of utter chaos, mixed in with some changes and uncertainty that has caused me to drop the ball on a lot of things. That is not an excuse, just reality, I suppose. I am so thankful for Tony, my snuggle bug. He is the biggest of all the monsters and he is the one that will let me hug on him, even when he wants to be left alone. He is the one that will eat breakfast and then jump into bed and insist on hugs. He purrs and he loves.
