A Lunch Treat and a Box of Surprises!

I’ve fallen so behind on everything, including my blog, but that doesn’t mean I won’t eventually post something that should have been mentioned weeks ago! Thankfully, this one is only two weeks late, not several. LOL. Jer told me he had a box of goodies coming my way and the very next day our mail lady knocked on the front door with a box. I took it and closed the door, thinking it was for Devil. I sat it on the counter, going back to loading the dishwasher. I know it’s shocking, but I’m still fun when the cam isn’t on! A few minutes later Devil walks in and I tell him there’s a package on the counter. He looks at it and says- “Um, it’s addressed to Angel. I’m pretty sure this one is yours.” LOL. I opened it up to find a HUGE box of gold fish and a king package of twizzlers! Score! What a fantastic treat!

The next week we met Jer for lunch half. It was a beautiful day! The sun was out, but not too hot, the wind was slight enough for it not to be windy, but enough to make it comfortable to sit outside. What a great afternoon!

Jer, thank you for the box of goodies, and for treating us to lunch. You’re a gem!
